Returns & Right of Withdrawal

If you are a consumer entitled to a statutory right of withdrawal, including consumers covered by European Union consumer law, you may withdraw from an eligible online purchase within 14 days of receiving the goods, without giving a reason.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must notify us of your decision within the applicable period by sending a clear statement to francodubinimedia@gmail.com.

After notifying us, the goods must be returned within the legally applicable return period.

Return Conditions

Returned goods should be:

returned in their original condition;
securely packaged to prevent damage during transit; and
handled only to the extent reasonably necessary to inspect their nature, characteristics and condition.

You may be responsible for any reduction in value caused by handling beyond what is reasonably necessary to inspect the product.

Custom & Personalised Products

Where permitted by applicable law, the right of withdrawal does not apply to goods made to your specifications or clearly personalised.

Where a product falls within this exception, this will be made clear before purchase where required by law.

This does not affect your rights if the product arrives damaged, defective or does not correspond to what you ordered.

Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, please contact francodubinimedia@gmail.com as soon as reasonably possible with your order details and photographs of the product and packaging where relevant.

Where required by applicable consumer law, we will arrange the appropriate remedy, which may include replacement, repair, price reduction or refund.

Return Shipping

Unless otherwise required by applicable law, the customer is responsible for the direct cost of returning goods when exercising a change-of-mind/right-of-withdrawal return.

If an item is defective, damaged or incorrect, return costs will be handled in accordance with applicable consumer law.

Please use a trackable shipping method. We cannot take responsibility for returned goods that are lost before reaching us.

Refunds

Once a valid withdrawal has been received, refunds will be processed in accordance with applicable consumer law.

For consumers covered by EU withdrawal rules, eligible payments will be reimbursed without undue delay and no later than 14 days after we are informed of the decision to withdraw. For sales of goods, we may withhold reimbursement until we receive the returned goods or evidence that they have been sent back, as permitted by law.

Refunds will normally be made using the same payment method used for the original purchase, unless otherwise agreed.

Where required by EU law, standard outbound delivery costs will also be reimbursed. Additional costs resulting from choosing a more expensive delivery method than our least expensive standard option are not refundable.

International Orders

We sell internationally. Consumer rights vary between countries.

Nothing in this policy is intended to exclude or restrict rights that cannot legally be excluded under the consumer protection laws applicable to your purchase. Where local mandatory law provides you with greater rights than this policy, those rights will apply.
